Shipping Policy:

• We provide free shipping to our customers except under certain circumstances which will be communicated to the customer prior to order placement and dispatch.
• Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive confirmation communication with a tracking number and details of the courier service handling your shipment.
• You will receive regular updates on the delivery status of your order.
• While we strive to offer worldwide shipping, there may be certain locations where we are unable to deliver due to logistical constraints or legal restrictions. In that case, we will contact you and try to provide the best resolution.
• For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the total order amount at checkout and must be paid separately by the recipient upon delivery.
